The Manhattan project, including its many sites and “secret cities” is arguably the largest military project in history. This title sequence illustrates the tremendous amount of planning and underlying structure present, from the living spaces to the social events, to the laboratory experiments. A condition that led to a deep intertwining of personal and professional lives.
